Pulse Jet Technology – Conversion (Retrofit)

Converting your old shaker or reverse air dust collectors into a new, more efficient pulse jet design maybe an economical solution rather than purchasing and installing a new unit. In most cases screw conveyors, discharge valves electrical and foundations can remain intact as well as all inlet piping. This can add up to a significant cost saving over new installations. Slight modifications are sometimes required to outlet piping. New fans can be installed to increase airflow by as much as 100%. New pulse jet technology can allow for increased airflow because of high energy cleaning. Systems can be designed with high headers and even high inlets to allow for easy maintenance. For an estimated price for evaluation purposes all we need is the dimensions of the existing collector along with the existing air flow and bag area. Based in each application we can make recommendations for new airflow rates and give pricing for new units including estimated cost for a turnkey installation.
